Kia ora, my name is Danielle and I provide a loving home-based childcare service through Nurture@Home in the Witherlea area.
I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, supported, and valued while in care, and I place a strong focus on teaching kindness, care, respect, and positive manners through everyday interactions. I am here to encourage and support your child in these areas and much more. My home is thoughtfully set up to support a range of creative activities and active play within a calm, homely environment.
We are located next to Harling Park, where we enjoy adventures in nature and summer picnics. We also regularly visit our Nurture@Home friends and take part in activities such as NatureFocus, music groups, Justgym & Playschool, and visits to the local library.
I believe it is important for children to learn how to treat others with kindness, care, respect, and good manners, while also having the freedom to choose activities that interest them. I support children to explore, expand their interests, and try new things at their own pace, with gentle encouragement and guidance.
