Kia ora, I’m Lucy – a home-based Educator in Brightwater providing quality early learning with Nurture at Home.
With over 15 years’ experience in early childhood education in both NZ and the UK, I provide a calm, nurturing environment where your child becomes an extended part of our family. I’m kind, patient, and absolutely love what I do.
My home is full of fun, learning, and furry friends! We have two friendly dogs who are very much part of our whānau, so families must love animals too. If you want your child to grow up with gentle exposure to animals and outdoor adventures, I might be the perfect fit.
My days are filled with play-based learning, walks, beach trips, forest fun, science experiments, and lots of giggles. I offer a rich variety of hands-on experiences and tailor each day to support tamariki in exploring, discovering, and growing at their own pace.
As a mum of two myself, I understand how important it is to build strong, trusting relationships with parents. I work closely with whānau to provide routines, boundaries, and care that reflects your aspirations for your child.
